This Consultation Fee Structure is based off of the sensitivity provided by the Project Intake Form of the FTBMI.

Low Sensitivity

$300 — subject to additional fees if consultation meeting or additional research is required at a fee structure of $150.00/hr

Price: $300.00

Only minimal engagement and introductory FTBMI Archival research required due to a low level of sensitivity:

1) Consultation will be conducted via email. Email will include confidential information describing the Tribal Cultural Resources that contribute to the subject property’s sensitivity.

2) Tribal comments, mitigation measures and advisement will be included in the initial and if required, subsequent emails.

Medium Sensitivity

$450 — subject to additional fees if consultation meeting or additional research is required at a fee structure of $150.00/hr

Price: $450.00

Consultation meeting, introductory and initial FTBMI Archival research required due to the sensitivity of the site: 1) Introductory and initial FTBMI Archival research will be performed prior to the consultation meeting where more information on the subject property will be gathered. Initial and introductory FTBMI Archival research findings will be shared with the lead agency. 2) Tribal comments and Mitigation Measures will be issued via email after the consultation meeting.

High Sensitivity

$750 — subject to additional fees if consultation meeting or additional research is required at a fee structure of $150.00/hr

Price: $750.00

Consultation meeting and FTBMI Archival research required due to the sensitivity of the site: 1) FTBMI Archival research will be performed prior to the consultation meeting where more information on the subject property will be gathered. Primary research findings will be shared with the lead agency. 2) Tribal comments and Mitigation Measures will be issued via email after the consultation meeting.

Critical Sensitivity

$1,050 — subject to additional fees if consultation meeting or additional research is required at a fee structure of $150.00/hr

Price:

Consultation meeting, in-depth FTBMI Archival research and site visit required: 1) In-depth FTBMI Archival research will be performed prior to the consultation meeting where more information on the subject property will be gathered. In depth-primary research findings will be shared with the lead agency. 2) A site visit will be conducted where current subject property conditions will be documented. 3) Tribal comments and Mitigation Measures will be issued via email after consultation meeting and site visit.
